Mr. Rauno Oja has successfully led EGeen’s operational, administrative and business development efforts over the past decade. His insightful relationship management skills coupled with a highly adaptive intellect and industry awareness have translated to a flawless clinical trial execution and to an increasingly satisfied client base of EGeen. His educational background with a BA degree from Cambridge, UK, and an MBA from Tartu University, has positioned him well as a leader of an organization with constant demands for efficient and cost-effective problem solving and meeting tight timelines in a competitive environment.

Dr. Kalev Kask led the growth of EGeen into a global clinical research organization as its founding Chief Executive Officer. Besides his current role at EGeen, Dr. Kask leads the efforts of multiple start-ups in the SF Bay Area and globally addressing unmet medical needs in rare pediatric diseases, neurology and oncology. He is an accomplished dealmaker and has worked as an advisor to a wide range of companies in the life sciences and venture capital sectors. He completed his postgraduate training at Stockholm University, Stanford University and Max-Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg. Dr. Kask is an inventor on multiple patents and has authored numerous scientific publications.
